All businesses located in the boundaries of the Business Improvement Area are members of BFN by virtue of being in the boundaries of the Main Street business area (overpass of the Westmorland St. Bridge to the bridge at Sunset Drive and from the Northside Trail to the St. John River), the commercial property owners in the boundaries of the BIA have levied themselves based on the assessed value of their property and that levy comes back to BFN to reinvest in the business area for the benefit of all businesses and the public. BFN also has numerous associate business members outside the boundaries of Main Street from Two Nations Crossing to Riverside Drive who fully participate in our association through a membership fee.
